At Zarikaweaves, every saree is checked carefully before dispatch to ensure top quality.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of color, fabric, or minor variations — since many of our sarees are handcrafted and may have slight weaving differences.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Once verified, we will happily offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Please note:
Returns are accepted only in case of damage or defect.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. For any issues, kindly contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp within the mentioned time frame.
